Underexposed was filmed from the beginning of 2004 in London, Hranice and Prague. This corresponds to the particular style of the album, which is created by mixing many musical worlds. In the mix of dub, hip-hop, breakbeat, electro, pop and grime, one can even trace elements of Irish folklore or Slavic or ethnic music. However, such diversity is not only due to kNot Photogenic but also to interesting guests: Irish folk guitarist Ol Duke A Blaggard or London-based two-step producer and owner of the Next Room label DJ Klassy, whose name has appeared on more than one compilation by Moving Shadow. The album is also graced by a royal guest - Ri-ra, the MC from Adrien Sharewood Soundsystem, who are behind the production of Massive Attack and Asian Dub Foundation albums, as well as the penultimate Depeche Mode.
